if they look under your car no cats=no sticker...sometimes you can pass on the sniffer test though if your lucky

Well, I have the series 40 mufflers, and was looking to get a little more sound of them. Under 2K rpm's it sounds fine, but when i hit over 2K,sounds like stock. Would an H pipe help out sound wise? Where would I find a reasonably priced CATTED H pipe.
