RE: question on power gains with these mods
I have the delete plates and have no complaints, not tomention its an easy install. The econo steeda ones are the old FRRP ones...used to get them for around $99...in any case i figured for the price why not

RE: question on power gains with these mods
I am probably going to go with those then. They are cheap and require a tune. So if I am doing stage 3 cams, which require a tune as well, I might as well get the delete plates and save some time and money at the dyno.... ( for only 150 bux, not bad...)

RE: question on power gains with these mods
I say skip Cams. Just read the dyno of a guy, gained 20hp at the cost of 20flbs of torque. No thankyou. You would be better off getting UDPs, Longtubes, and X/H pipe, and save some money. I see you have shortys, but I would ebay those after you installed LTs, not sure if anyone buys shorts though.

RE: question on power gains with these mods
hahaha, people surprisingly will still go for shorty headers. I hung out with another friend of mine who has an06 GT and told him that I am converting over to a longtube and x pipe set up after cams and he offered to buy the JBA shorty headers from me... not bad. But I couldnt lie to him and told him that shorty headers really dont do much except maybe help throttle response in a very very undistinguishable way (compared to stock) .... haha
