I think stripes would look pretty good on this hood.
It's funny you post this. Last night, I was looking around for some new hoods, and a question arose about this one. Here's the email I sent Cervinis:

"Does this hood have to be used with the Concept Ram Air Kit which would bring air only to the airbox, or does this hood allow fresh air into the entire engine bay, sweeping over everything? Also, does it have vents or screens so nothing can get through it?"

Nice hood. Looks like the Cali Dream

http://www.mrbodykit.com/bodykits/hoods05_06.htm

They sell it for $599. I think it goes for $400 on ebay.

Chef,

Lemme know how that works out for you... I was lookin at that for when i get my bonus next month.... I think when i do it, I'm gonna hit up some ghost flames instead of stripes, but i think stripes would look hot with that!

fred tt, cost $380 (at show savings) plus $110 for delivery (my wife had the suv, so here it is) , supposed to be at body shop monday or tuesday, stopping by tomorrow to discuss stripes options.
droptop 06, thought you would have gone to show, will post picture my bodyshop guy (a stanger has 2 one supercharged) told me to only get cervinis due to fit issues with others.
Jays freaky, cervini (Jim Frie) told me air kit not ready yet, will make bad air mix to factory airbox (I have cai anyway), ram air kit puts in air where it shouldnt be (they have to think this one out) no screens but maybe will rig something

I was at local car show thursday, air goes into engine bay, there are vents inside the engine compartment below windshield, dont know where they go . . . . ??

Alright, thanks! I was thinking either this hood or another, depending on if they had screens or not. Thanks again!

My only complaint about that one vs the RKSport version is with the Cervini, you have to order the ram air ducting seperately. That style is what I plan on getting and I think stripes would look great on it.
