Rumors are of a 400hp mustang sometime around 2010. Boss 302 will be a production car after the Bullitt is released. part numbers for the bullitt package are already out there. So the car should be following soon.

They've been selling a version of this in Austraila for quite some time. Typical US automaker stuff.......sell all of the cool stuff overseas, leave us languisihing with the Ford 500/Taurus, or whatever they're calling it this month. I believe it has 380hp over there, and is sold in one of the FPV (Ford Performance Vehicles) cars. There is another Ford sedan that makes a breif appearnce in Casino Royale. Looks pretty tight, not sure what it is. Looks a helluva lot better than the Fusion with it's Gillette Fusion-inspired grille.
The GTO was sold overseas as a Holden Monaro for SIX YEARS before it was rebaged and introduced here as the new GTO. What's really sad is that even as a 6 year old car, it was head and shoulders above anything new here at the time. Say what you will about it's less-than-exiting exterior; best interior of ANY domestic car. Best seats ever. Mustang is totally Playskol on the inside. Very dissapointing for a $28,000 car....even more so for the Shelby, Roush, and Saleen. Oh well. At least it looks cool and is fast.
