Default Chips of the Alabama variety

After searching the **** out this topic I called Doug at alaBAMAchips, and placed an order for the 93 performance, 93 torq, and 87 performance tunes, along with a JLTII intake kit this afternoon.

Thanks to everyone for their feedback and opinion on the topics I posted.

Spoke with Doug today for about 20 minutes. For those who have trouble getting ahold of him, I left a detailed message, and he returned by call in about 5 minutes. Cleared up a lot of misconceptions I had about tunes and the air kits, but also confirmed some of the concearns I had as well. He is very informative, cordial, and so far, a pleasure to do business with.

My kit will be here next week, and I intend to take it to the track next weekend to see the gains from it. So far my baseline on my 100% stock car is 13.69@104.43 mph. There is still another .15-.20 left in it judging by the 60ft, but it will be interesting to see what the difference is over stock with each tune. I will post a write up on it when I'm done.

And yes, I tried to contact Brenspeed as well, but they were out of town at World Ford Challenge. I was probably going to go with Bama anyway, the only thing that might have swayed me was they offer the Steeda kit which I think still looks the best. I tried calling Steeda as well to buy the kit seperatly, and it still was going to be about $75 more than what Brenspeed advertises them for with the tuner.
