Lets say I was to order the jlt or C&L package from Doug. I understand there are 3 tunes supplied. What about returning the tune to stock? Im thinking if I ever have to take it into the dealer I dont want them to see custom tunes on it. I'd rather spend 45 minutes reinstalling the stock tune and old intake rather than get a load of crap about potentially voiding warranty.

Not sure what the question is really but yes you can and should do it.

Not sure, but the way I understand it is the tuner saves the stock tuning and then give you up to 3 tunes...
That is what I understand, although I don't have one...just wanting to save for the blower instead.

I went to the website and in fact it does back up your current tune before it installs any so I'm cool now.

Well, just for the record, I put my car back to stock. I didn't start it or take it out of the driveway, but it put the stock tune back on there.
You can select to tune your car, or return to stock. These are two different areas on the SCT XCal.
