Dont the bigger brakes require 18x9's or 10's? That is what I have come to understand checking out the possiblities, which would mean new wheels and tires so if correct a brake upgrade could end up costing close to 5k?

Well that is true but I dont know what he is running right now anyway.....Big brake package and new rims/tires can easily be had for under 3K by the way. This is all a suggestion anyway.

Although I did the drilled/slotted rotors, it's only for looks. Since you already have the pads, pick up some of Earl's Stainless Steel brake lines. The pads and lines will give you great improvement over stock. You can get the lines here: http://www.ls1speed.com/catalog.cfm and search for this part number: EARL28B600

The thing is that my rotors are warped and I need to change them too.

The Rotor-pro rotors are very nice. The ones you have shown are the base version they also have a upgraded version that comes with the hat area powder coated black, however the Zinc coating is not offered on that version. The price really is unbeatable. I would also suggest upgrading to the Stainless Steel braided lines as that will help also. I am going with the Steeda Lines basically because they are designed exactly like the factory lines with mounting brackets. I have been debating which pads to go with and honestly did not want to go with HAWK HPS pads but everyone says they are the nicest setup short of going with race pads which i do not want. I have HAWK pads on my F-150 and they squeal to all hell which is why i do not want to use them. But figure i will give them another chance. These three mods combined will offer slightly improved braking over stock.

Call Richard @ Rotorpros he has a special going now for TMS Members
