Actually I have heard from very good sources in Ford Motor Company that the very early 05GT was under 300hp on average due to the stock "tune". This would be easily corected with a aftermarket tune or by a reflash from the dealer. I would venture to say unless u got your car before 05 hit you have 300hp. Dyno's are a different story as I'm very limited in my knowledge on I'll leave that for someone who knows what they are talking about(F1FAN) seems to know his stuff.
