the only thing done to my exhaust is the axel backs and i can hear it clearly. its almost annoying if i have my head hurts.

I've run into the same problem. The passenger's side hangs lower than the driver's side, and the passenger's side looks more 'even'. I'll try wedging the grommit and see that helps, good idea.

I put a washer in between the passanger side hanger and the bolt. That helped even them out. I've seen some horrible tip straightining jobs, and mine looks pretty much perfect.
