Default Help - Water problem

So not long after I got my GT, it was overlflowing out of the pressure cap on the overflow tank all the time. Ford replaced the cap. Still did it. They replaces the whole overflow tank and cap and problem disappeared.

So yesterday I was getting into it quite a bit, stopped at a place and looked out and it was leaking all over the place again. I replaced the radiator cap because 8 bucks was cheaper than my time dealing with Ford. But if this comes back has anybody else had this problem and know what the fix is?
