Anyone have MAC long tube headers?
What mid pipe did you use? I don't want to get their pro chamber, are there any other mid pipes that will work with mac long tube headers?

RE: Anyone have MAC long tube headers?
I used my O/R H-Pipe, I had the muffler shop cut it to size and weld the tips to the H-Pipe again just shorter and bolted it to the Long tubes... Worked for me... It does for you..

RE: Anyone have MAC long tube headers?
I have the MAC Long tubes, but I am using the MAC h-pipe, not sure if any other company would work with the LT's...

RE: Anyone have MAC long tube headers?
im pretty sure that you could get almost any company's short assembly offroad midpipe, the same pipe diameter as the mac's, and it would fit; as this is a standardized piece. but i could be wrong. contact Mac, ask them................also ask JBA and Pypes.

RE: Anyone have MAC long tube headers?
ORIGINAL: Daniel60 Someone explain the pro chamber thing? on the right is an h pipe, on the left is a prochamber. basically its an open chamber with a baffle in the middle, designed for better flow and scavenging at all engine speeds. its more like an h pipe than an x pipe. supposed to act as a compromise between the two. |
