In case you have not already done so and wish to gain a little power and throttle response, there is a little nifty trick to pump out some power.

Between your intake tube and your airbox, there is a honeycomb with a catalyst which reduces emissions when you shut off your engine. This honeycomb is very restrictive. I took it off once I passed inspection, but you should not fail because you arent required to shut the engine off during the inspection

Well I have lots of pics of what it looks like.

Take off the hoseclamp to the airbox, and you will see a white honeycomb being held in place by a little lip.

Use flat objects (slotted screwdriver) and needlenose pliers to wedge out the honeycomb.
