Then he wasn't very modified.
My previous car was a GTI 1.8T witha turbo upgrade. It was quite faster than my stock Mustang GT.
I say was because of being side swiped into a median and then proceded into the ditch.
This led me to getting the GT with plans of a power added later.

Dont take me wrong, I love my Mustang and keep modding it to make it better but I am fully awarethere isalways going to be something faster out there, be it Muscle, German, Jap or whatever. and I respect performance no matter where it comes from, I just happen to prefer old fashion American muscle.

The sound that Jetta was making, he was modified pretty well and he had passed me when I was doing 90. He did hang fairly well up to about 120 but after that, he fell off. I may have run longer but he got pulled over by highway patrol instead of me.

Now the Audi, I would expect him to pull away at higher speeds. They have a better HP to weight ratio and a much better top end. There's always someone faster and some cars have surprised me, especially the 4 door variety.
