anyone with Saleen s/c
I am trying to put a CAI (cone) on my car, with an aftermarket elbow. I tried two of them but they either were too big or the elbow rubbed up against the harness on my alternator. Anyone know of a setup that works with the Saleen s/c and won't rub a hole in my alternator harness? I tried the C&L kit and the JLT kit.

yeah, there's a guy who used a jltII with his series VI...
he had to heat up the plastic and squeesh it slightly, so
that it wouldn't rub.....i'll see if i can find the link....

First things first. Reclock your alternator case so that the cable is at 9 O'Clock. you should do that reguardless of what you decide to go with.
Now, I am running the C&L Racer intake tube and a Steeda CAI. No clearance issues at all.
