I live in two places due to work.Well were i work is where the hotrod is at. All my tools are at my other place 300 miles away from work. so here is my question...what hand tools will i need to take back to the car to do a Driveshaft swap and a set of JLA Lts with H pipe. I need to know what sizes of sockets, wrenches, etc so i can take back with me...any help would be great.

I believe it's 15mm for exhaust clamps, and 13mm for the hangar bolts atleast on the axlebacks and midpipe it is. Not sure for the DS or headers.
BTW How will you get the car on 2 sets of ramps? Please take a video I want to see it Floor jack and 2 pairs of jack stands might be better.

There are lots that talk a big talk when they work on thier cars but I actually am setup probably more than the average turkey. I know there are lots here with more than me but I sure as chit not the least equipted for such a job....here are a couple of things I have in my arsenal...
Back where i work my hotrod sits in the garage under a car cover...I have a company truck I drive everyday so my hotrod sees about 100 miles a month if that on nice days. So I am not pressed to have it done the same day.

RE: need ya help with DS and exhaust R&R stuff
i didn't think the long tubes were that hard. they were much easier than previous model mustangs where the k-member had to be removed. you will need some gear wrenches and flex sockets. the studs have a 5mm hex on them so if you don't have that you will need it to remove the exhaust studs. the rest is the usual 10mm,12mm 13mm 15mm stuff.
as far as the driveshaft. which one did you get? if it's one of mine email me and i'll give you a link to an install article that has most of the sizes and pics of everything.
