Chaning gear ratio in stock tune?
I guess it's not possible to change the gear ratio when loading the stock tune, unless i'm missing something. I put my stock air box back on to see if the cai/tune is causing my vibration at 3200rpms. How far off will my speedo be?

I don't think so, it didn't give me any options, only start or cancel. I'll just guess my speed based on my rpms. I think my maf sensor might not have been sealed good, we shall see.

Man my car feels like a led sled without the intake and tune. Even with the 4.10 gears it feels slow. My vibration is still there so I can put the intake back on. I'm not sure if it's worth taking to the dealer. I'm going to put it up on jack stands and run it without the drive belt to see if one of the accessory pulleys is causing it.
If you don't have a custom tune and intake, you are crazy!
By the way, my speed was off by 15mph at 70. It said I was doing 85.

RE: Chaning gear ratio in stock tune?
why didn't i pay attention in high school
why can't this be as simple as the relationship between 3.55 & 4.1 (same tire size)
why can't the answer just be approximately 14%.......
can someone show me the real way to figure this out....

It's not that I didn't pay attention, it's that it's been to long.
