I was just wondering, can it be used for anything useful rather than paying somebody else to take it off your hands...u gotta be able to use it for something...

Poisioning the neighbor's lawn, perhaps? I doubt it will even burn, after some quick Wikipeida research. It says a high flash point is desirable, the flash point being the temperature above which it will burn. I'm guessing you would have to heat it to several hundred degrees before it burned even a little.

In the south, it is used on injured animals to help heal cuts, scraps and bruises. Some use it to remove rust from metal parts. Thats about it as far as I know.
