Removing the Stock Exhaust

Removing the Stock Exhaust
I am buying the FRPP Stingers and not sure if it is something that I can do on my own without a large amount of tools. Or do I have to bring it to a shop to have it installed? I know that they are axel back, does that mean that the stock exhaust can be disconnected at the axels for installation of a new axel back system? Thank you for you response and reading this message.

RE: Removing the Stock Exhaust
The stock mufflers are held on by clamps and held up by 4 hangers, 2 hangers on each muffler. The hanger farthest to the back might be a little hard to get to and is better with a wrench. All you need is 2 sockets and 1 wrench. I did it in the dark outside and i think it took me 30 minutes for each muffler, and that was using my cell phone as a light. Putting them back on can kinda be a pain in the butt, i did it by myself so i actually used a jack to hold it up in the air for me, but if you are doing it with someone else its no problem and if they help too time is cut in half

I didn't even jack up the car. Just a couple of sockets and a couple of wrenches--tok me less than an hour to replace both stock mufflers with the FRPP GTA's:

15mm wrench for the exhaust clamps. 13mm wrench for the hanger bolts. The only bolt that was hard to get to was inner one of the front hanger on the drivers side, rest were cake. I had to remove both my hangers to get each of the mufflers off. Oh and our car is lowered so I DID have to jack it up! Had them off in less then 20 mins outside in driveway.
