JDMs stage2 makes 450rwhp with 9.5psi using a 3.4' pulley, the smallest pulley they sell measures 3.00' to produce 13.5psi so I assume this is the maximum boost level the Saleen is efficient at. estimated HP numbers should be around 520rwhp.

We know there are no absolutes, Doc, but we do know after 15 psi, the IAT's get hot and the blower falls off. The 'icebox' solution didn't work for the few who have tried it with big psi cause the ice was gone by the time the burnout was over.
I'm sure there are some tricks like maybe spraying into the intercooler - I really don't know. I do know the couple of big shops that were pushing the limits of the saleen all ran into the temp issues at 16 psi.

If you're looking to make mad power numbers, the Saleen shouldn't be your 1st choice for superchargers. Look into a KB or a centri blower for something like that. The Saleen is great for a good streetable setupwhen you don't want to have to build up your engine yet. As a "factory" installed type of blower, you can't do better than the Saleen Series VI (at least, right now). But if you're building a serious performer (over 10psi), just opt for something else.
