Just got back from JDM
I went to Englishtown on Sunday. Unfortunately it was the 11 Annual Sport Compact Tuner Challenge. So after watching a bunch of ugly, beat up, old, falling apart 4 cylinder cars that could wip my **** on the track, including a Neon that ran 10.1...,it got pretty depressing. So I left.
But today I went to JDM and got the dyno tune I waited 2 months for. This guy really knows his stuff people! Car runs MUCH better now. Pulls hard right up to 135mph. (Jim Sr. drove, I was in the passenger seat white knuckled). Boost peaked at 8psi. My previous tune had me running lean. This tune is valid even if I wanted to go to a 3.4" pulley and /or add headers, no re-tune required. Needless to say I'm very pleased.

Very nice.. looks like they found you a few more HP in there. Glad to hear it worked out so well for you...where in the heck did they get you up to 135? and was the top up or down?????
I was out your way yesterday... a little Tangor trip in the Vert!!

Ah, the top was up, almost ripped off, but up. He knows some service roads out there, he's been chased before but the cops see it's him and they back off. They know he has to test his cars.

As much as I dislike Jim Dick'Amore Sr. and his crooked ways, I have to admit he does know how to tune a saleen.
Though he's a crook, I still recommend him for tuning if you have a saleen.
I couldn't help but laugh though...
I'm sure Jim 'told' you that. He is such a pathological liar...lol
