could not pass up the PI torque converter deal!!!
Well, I have to wait until August before it is sent to me, but I could not resist the deal. I am buying a PI single disk converter off a vendor sponsor here at a great freaking deal...as long as he does not blow it up in the meantime...LOL...I am sure he wont...anyways....the stall is set up for 2800 NA and 3200 SC...obvious I am supercharged...no intentions of adding anymore HP and it is a definite step up from the stock TC and should hopefully improve my tranny life...anyhow...what else do i need to buy for the install..I got time. but I want to plan right...I will probably buy a spydershaft over the next month or so along with it and have it installed the same time...I am so excited and mad at the same time..as I am not supposed to mod for another 11 months....dang it for the great deal....any advice would be helpful...and before anyone chimes in aI should of got a multi disk..again..I dont race..and it is street driven only...never really pushed hard[/align]

i have a similarly self imposed restriction , but
when a great deal comes along, you have to be

What exactly is the difference between the singe disk and multi disk? This is definately one of my next mods along with headers, looks like we are going down the same path again.
Have you ever had it on the track?

If tranny life is a concern, makeSURE you get a new tranny cooler. The stock one sux. Also, you might want to consider one of those deeper pans which holds a couple of more quarts.
