yep, i've heard of it. its an Eaton M122 blower (i think) packaged by Magnuson. that means its a roots style, its good for like 450 RWHP i think, and makes sick low-end torque. its used on the steeda Q525

How does it compair to the saleen and roush superchargers? I know the saleen is a twin screw design that is superior to a roots style but the hp. increase is about the same.

twin screw has a higher abdiatic efficiency, will work better at higher RPM/boost levels.

And lower IAT-2 drastically under high boost..... So basically Magnuson just gets a supercharger from Eaton, makes a kit and puts there name on it?

if it meets your current and maybe even your
long term goals for the car, it'll do just fine.

The reason I like the magcharger is the sound! Too bad it dosen't have the high HP potential like the whipple or KB.

They told me themselves, the m112 put out 750whp on a built motor.. I think it was a chevy big block, not sure. still can't get over the jackshaft and the rear driven pulleys...

great looking/sounding kit though!

I'd have to see that. I can't see how it's mathematically possible unless they used a pulley with the circumference of a pencil eraser.
