So why the face then? sounds like your within the 3yr/36k factory. Finding a dealer to install a customer supplied kit might be an issue. I remembr the lethal performance kit being about 4500 a week or 2 ago, maybe it was on sale. Depends on the dealer as to parts/labor cost. Mine will hit 3yrs long before it hits 36k miles I think due to my commute being very short. I'll put one on my x-mas list and beg alot lol

-12 Months / 12,000 Mile Limited Warranty Coverage/Eligibility: Ford Racing warrants the 400HP Supercharger for 12 months /12,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of installation.

I'm not sure if that means 12k period or 12,000 miles if your under 36?

Yes if your still within your 3yr/36k(whichever comes first) you would be covered under the new ford racing warranty. Thats how I understand it anyways.
