Default Panhard, braces, LCA, UCA

I am reading about panhard bars and braces and lcas and ucas and every now and then i see someone talk about an IUP. What are all these thigns and how do they help the vehicle over the stock equipment?

The stock suspension on our cars out back is VERY weak...

by replacing these pieces, the suspension is much stiffer, meaning that its gonna grab the road much better...

i wish the iup had real metal on the steering wheel like the old ones, the dash does look nice.. much better around the corners
