redding asphalt for 2257miles now.
(since were talkin bout mile-age anyway, i got mine serviced at 1200, some dude says i should go again now? but the manual says to go again at 5000 ..what do u think?)

just got proven to myself why i traded in the tuned v6 for a stock gt. took it real easy for the first 500 milkes, then for the 2nd 500 starting to open ger up. what is the speed limiter set on the gts. it was 113 on the v6 b/c of driveshaft and tire rating but opened it up on the interstate coming home to about 120 still pulling strong.
once i get the tunes and intake for it i know i will be one big smile.

I looked it up, supposedly its 155 electronically limited

glad to know all is well for everybody. also got proven to myself the 0-60 time. i was at 70 when i hit 3rd gear. i love this car..and can not wait to get the tunes and intake for it.

RPM's were stuck at around 4200 or so.

I just clicked over 11k on my '06 and I have loved every mile of it! No problems yet(knock on wood), just a couple scoldings from the local P.D.

Had my '07 black GT or 3 weeks exactly today, and just passed the 1,000 miles also 
Zero problems, good sales service from the dealership..Jeez I love this car!
When people ask me why I bought it, I always reply:
It isn't the fastest car I could buy,
It isn't the best handling car I could buy,
It isn't the most luxuorious car I could buy,
and it sure isn't the most practical car I could buy,
but I paid $22.7K for a car that has everything I need, and nothing that I don't.... and it puts a smile on my face EVERY day...I just love the way it looks, and love driving the thing!
Never really understood the whole 'Mustang' thing before... but I get it now!!
