Can anyone relate or help out?
I had longtube headers and a catted x pipe, cmcv deletes, UD pulleys, and a bama tune put on the car about two or three months ago. The car runs amazing. However, I noticed a rattle whenever I go over a short bump in the road. If the road is rough, then something will rattle towards the back of the car. Has anyone had the same problem? I talked to mechanics about but they all told me that it isnt a big deal. Is it a big deal or not? Any solutions?

I'd check all the bolts and clamps for the exhaust from headers to the tips. If they all check out, make a fist and bump the exhaust pipes and see if you can make it rattle. With what you've had done, the only thing I can see causing a rattle in the rear of the car is the exhaust.

I just got LT headera and o/r x-pipe on my car and the mechanicthat put them on for me said to bring them back in a week and he will check all the bolts. If they are good after about a week he said they should be good for a while at least a year or so unless you hear any rattling. so it's probobly the exhaust.

Definetly sounds like an exhaust problem based on what you had done. I'm of course guessing it wasn't there before. However, you said LT's and X pipe, so they didn't mes with the exhaust. I wonder if they shoke something lose adjusting the headers and mid-pipe? Maybe you should run it into an exhaust shop. It may be something minor and obvious for them.
Heck had mine installed by two different people (axle back by one shop and LT's and mid-pipe by another). Went to a authorized magnaflow muffler shop to get my highflow cats installed (second shop screwed up and gave me O/R instead of high-flows) and they told me everything was out of alignment wtf! They straightened it all out at no cost but hey it happens. Get it looked at by someone that specializes in exhaust.

I found my tail pipe wouldrub against the opening in the bumper on start up/high idleand certain bumps and cause a rattle. Pulled the muffler and bent the hanger to center the tail pie better and lower it some . Rattle went away for me!.

my frrp axel backs would loosen up...then it would rattle and it was actually the pipe going into the muffler was hitting against the black cross bar in the rear of the car....i just tightened them up and it does not do it...(Well until it will loosen again.) I am going to have mine welded eventually.
