You should be fine. My set-up only got too loud (raspy) for me after the off road x pipeinstall, so I installeda couple of in-line resonators after the x and before the axle. It mellowed it out just enough to sound just plain Bad-***. Keeping your cats on you should be fine.

no such thing as too loud, but there is such thing as bad sound, which I dont think you'll have since you're keepin your cats...have fun with it, it'll be badass
