The whipple HO kit comes with a 3.3"/10.5psi pulley. Power will be in the mid 400s depending on conditions. Whipple rates it at 500HP crank.

Thanks for that clarification Justin. I've seen dyno pulls from 440-480rwhp.

You mentioned in your pm about relocating the IAT sensor to after the intercooler using the lightning iat. I'm guessing that would involving drilling a hole in my new aluminum intake manifold? Not sure i'm willing to do that. Does this make it easier to tune?

Would I have any problems if i hook up the GT500 fuel pumps before installing the whipple? Looks like something I could easily do in a few hours and get out of the way before my vacation.

Tapping a manifold is a lot easier than replacing an engine. We've already seen the water/air intercooler fail, with the way whipple supplies the kit the computer will never know if air temps skyrocket above 200F. These high air temps may result in knock. Yes the engine does not have knock sensors, but I don't like to rely heavily on them.
