Fronts should be as high as possible. Rear I would start at 25 and then go from there.

Try to get at least 40lbs in the fronts Bro.As far as the rear goes,,I would have to agree at 25lbs but dont go under 20lbs.

25-30 is optimal for the rears...as far as the fronts, go 5 under the max

Don't go under 20 on the rears, you'll risk popping a bead. I'd really stay above 22ish.

I've got a better idea -

LEAVE THEM ALONE!

It's your 2nd time at the track. You have plenty of other things like staging, shifting and launching. On street tires playing with the pressure might get you a tenth - so what. If you go too low the tire will just trip over itself and be worse than when you started anyway. You then have the task of re-filling your tires before driving home or she will be ***-wiggly on the highway. Waiting in line at the gas station by the track for the air hose SUCKS.

Just my $.02 - learn how to drive and then get some track tires. It's only a matter of time before you get them anyway. Dickin' around with tire pressures all night will just take away from your fun. No sense in it anyway only to start over when you get new tires.

I take mine down to 26lbs, and do a very short burnout just to clean the loose rubber off, then stage and go.
