a tune that is preloaded into the Xcall or Predator tuners that are generic and made to run for any car just with CAI bascially....very conservative also.

Some people also refer to mail order (tunes bought through the internet from Brenspeed, |3amachips, etc) as canned tunes also.

this is true, i have never seen it that way though.....there is a big difference between the 2 and cant be seen as the same IMO

I have been told by several tuners that on a non modified mustang that 4-5 RWHP is all the difference between canned and custom tune![sm=interesting.gif]

Yes you will want to get a CAI/tune combo from the 4 tuners that are mentioned on this forum.....you can take it to a dyno shop woo and get it dyno tuned also
