Has anyone had this on the '07's? I'd like to think that Ford, in their infinite wisdom, resolved this on the '07's...

Ive had this happen to me while cruising, could these same air bubbles cause a hesitation on start up? Its not everytime maybe 1 in 10 starts but its annoying, other than that it runs fine and pulls hard.
