I know every car is different out there, some are stronger out of the factory than others, but 275rwhp stock is not very common for these cars. Yes, it has HAPPENED, but not very common. When they dynoed the stock GT on Horsepower TV, they had very controlled conditions with a very accurate dyno and pulled 265rwhp stock which is still damn impressive if you ask me. I am pretty confident when I say that there will not be a stock GT to pull 295rwhp stock, no way if on an accurate dyno...
265rwhp seems to be the norm for manuals, i've seen it in several articles where they were doing a baseline before install a supercharger or nitrous.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

105F at 150ft, density is 0.0695lb/ft^3
20F at 150ft, density is 0.0818lb/ft^3

17.69% more air
Those are just scientific calculations...they dont mean exact numbers...I know you know that, just pointing it out...

Ambient air may get you gains in the 5 to 7 hp range, but nothing in the double digits unless your going from Death Valley in Augustto like Siberia in January... Besides which, most dyno's correct for air temp and elevation so that they SHOULD be giving you a corrected reading that would simulate sea level at 70 degree's.
So, If most dynos adjust for altitude...your saying that a Mustang
that dynos at 265HP at sea level will also dyno at 265HP at 5000 ft.
If so, then whyare people in Denver and Salt Lake City only running
low 15's?. There are people here that have taken their car down to
sea level (from 5000 ft) and say they can't believe how much stronger
their car runs.

Because the dynos are adjusted to factor in the altitude, etc...youCANNOT adjust the track for altitude...The track is just pavement and lines...the dyno is computer calculations...you can change a computer program but not mothernature

The point is temperature, not so much altitude, as much as a difference it makes....
