exhaust

RE: exhaust
No, of course not because SLP's are straight pipes whereas Borla has mufflers.
SLP is louder, but no deep tone, just loud.
I've heard both in person, my friend might get rid of his SLP's after he heared my Borla.
You can never go wrong with the Borla.
But in the end it all comes up to ur personal preference.
There are a loooooot of videos on you tube, judge urself and get what you like.

RE: exhaust
my main gripe is that borla's have absolutely no tone or definition under part throttle under like 4000 RPMs. they're too toned down, just deep steady tone, none of that musclecar dissonance. therefore, just as chambered mufflers don't do too well with offroad x pipes, i think that the borlas don't do as well with H pipes. i reccomend an x pipe.

RE: exhaust
I love my SLP's... with that being said, they are FOR SALE. (If anyones interested, PM me). I think the SLPs sound great on a car that has no other exhaust work done. Once you put headers and an O/R pipe it becomes VERY loud. Thats why mine are for sale.
Im looking to get $215 shipped. The axlebacks have been on the car for about 2,000 miles, and are in like new condition.
Also, I like the Borla catback as opposed to the Borla stingers, but the price is almost double. The stingers supposedly drone a lot.
