I feel stupid, Exhaust?

Im trying to put on my Slp's.

But i cant seem to free the muffler from the mid-pipe.
I loosened the clamp wiggled and wiggled. Got it far, I guess not far enough.

I was trying to free from pipe before taking off of hangers.

Any pointers?

undo the hangers, should slip off

Did mine last night. 4 bolts for hangers, plus the clamp. I had to wiggle quite a bit on the second muffler to get it off. Wear goggles ;-)

I did mine last week. Well, removed the mufflers (stock ones). Loosen the midpipe some. Then unbolt the mufflers. Grab the over axle section and the muffler pipe and wiggle aggresively. They should come loose. Use a long screwdrive or something similar to push back on the muffler where the rods go in to the rubber hanger brackets. Should push right out.. Careful though, they are heavy and hurt when they fall unexpectedly.
