Default saleen charger date sept. 11

i made muy appointment at brenspeed for sept. 11 to have the saleen installed. my car is an 07 auto and i think i am just getting the basic kit. i will be there at 7:30 am and they said i will be on the road home(4.5 hours away)at 6:00 pm.
$650 labor
$5499 stage I kit
no tax.....
they say 470 hp so i am guessing i should see about 375rwhp.
i dont want to get any other mods until i pay the charger off..
question.....stage I....470/375rw
stage II..485/383rw +$100
stageIII..500/395rw+$385
will there be that much of a difference in the power i will feel from 470to 500?
i go to the track (1/4 mile) about 1 every 4 or 5 weeks and other then that it will be my daily driver.
will i be safe with a II or a III or just stay with the I until sometime next year?

Go stage 3 or you'll be kickin yourself later. $400 bucks for 20 rwhp is worth it, especialy since your already getting the SC.

I would try to cough up the extra bones for the 3.4" pulley (stage 3) and be done with it until you wanna go forged later on.

Spend the extra cash if you have it. It will save you a little $$ later if you decide to upgrade because a pulley change is much easier when the SC is sitting on a bench noton the car.But even with the 470 kit you should be right around 400rwhp.

Go with the stage 3, for that price you can't afford not too. By the way tell Brent and Dave that Shannon and Phil from St.Louis said Hi! They're the people that installed ours. They do top knotch work, you're going to be absolutely amazed at the power. Hope you have some suspension work done. I recommend lca's and brackets.[minimum] Plus a pan-hard bar later. Welcome to the boost club.

Congrats! I'll be there on the 12th having a Paxton intercooler installed and a smaller pulley.... maybe we'll run into each other.
