RE: Pro 5.0 shifter ??
The chrome handle won't work on the MGW but you can fit the Hurst ball or the pistol grip Hursthandle on the MGW. I bought a pistol grip Hurst handle and had my buddy do a custom paint job on it, white ivory with red lettering. I highly recommend the MGW, I've tried them both and prefer the smoothness of the MGWover the knotchyness of the Hurst. Also MGW is a first class company.

Power shifting 2nd or any gear is quick and smooth. When shifting to 2nd you just need to remember to have some pressure on the **** towards you, the centering spring on the MGW is quite strong, that's why it almost jumps into third. There was someone awhile back that had the MGW and his wife had trouble with 2nd because of the spring tension. But leave it to MGW, they came out with a spring with less tension and sent it too him. They are a dynamite company. You can order the stalk with metric threads or standard threads and use any ball you want. I've had mine 5 or 6 months without any missed shifts or problems whatever with the shifter.

Have the Pro 5.0 installed now, only been a week, it does shifter better than stock, but still not crazy about it. Hopefully it will loosen up a little in time, plus I think I need a K-member brace with torque limiters.
