The only performance mods I have are the C&L Intake w/93 SCT tune from Evolution and axleback Borla Stingers on my '06 Automatic. What would you guys recommend I get next??? I want to get into the 12's but stay NA, for now. It would be nice to hang with this guy at work that has a '05 GTO.

Examples =3.73 or 4.10 FRPP Gears, Steeda UDP's, Steeda Delete Plates,1 Piece Drive Shaft (Spyder the best?), Kooks Long Tube Headers w/Cats

And, since I live near Evolution Performance, is it best to get a custom dyno tune now or after I add more mods to my car? I don't want to have to keep shelling out money for a dyno tune after each mod, but I want to maximize each modification. I know I can't have the best of both worlds.

Well if you dont want to retune after every one than all you can do is the driveshaft which might get you a tenth in the 1/4.

Best bang for the buck though would be the 4.10 gears. Makes a huge difference but you will see an increase in cruise RPM and a decrease in MPG. You will need a new tune for the gears though.

The only other thing I could think of is to lose weight. Pull the spare tire and jack, get lightweight wheels, and the BMR lightweight lower radiator support, sway bar delete.

To get to 12's NA I would Recommend the following:

"4.10 FRPP Gears, Steeda UDP's, Steeda Delete Plates,1 Piece Drive Shaft (Spyder the best?), Kooks Long Tube Headers w/Cats" + big & littles with drag radials, stall converter, BMR lightweight lower radiator support, sway bar delete, and Custom tune for it all.

Solid mid to high 12's depending on conditions.

Any of the mods you listed would be a good next step...
Bang for buck, i'd for with the gears and then a driveshaft...

The underdrive pullies are a cheap and efficient mod that dont require a tune, so yes, I would suggest them as well...

The longtubes and delete plates require a re-tune, so my recommendations would be to do them both at the same time, and then get a dyno tune...

But i would start with teh items that dont require a tune...and if you want 12's...get yourself some rear-end suspension, your gonna need it to control the out of control wheel hop in these cars...With U/D Pullies, Delete Plates, Drive shaft and control arms you should be close, and if not there yet, then go with the gears...

Depends on your time frame and your financial situation...

If you want cheap power go with an O/R H-pipe and delete plates. Those two items will only cost you around $300 and if you are slightly mechanically inclined you can install them yourself. But like said above, the mod you will feel the most would be a gear.

UDP, Delete Plates, O/R H or X-pipe, 3.73 gears.

I've read mixed opinions on the gains from LT headers on a NA motor.
