is your clamp that tightens your shift handle angled a little towards the passenger side to avoid rubbing on the boot gt500? i think i may have to adjust mine. Ialso had an issue today with the shifter arm slamming into my driveshaft loop when engaging 1st might need to take a turn off. im at 6 turns out, max 10. whats yours?

Dont have mine in yet but plan on doing 6 turns like many have done. I think thats 35% reduced throw. (TacoBill write-up). I thought max was 12 but could be wrong. Link https://mustangforums.com/m_3000094/tm.htmcheck the pics to see if yours is similar in where your clamp is. Hope it helps.

George at MGW said that they "beefed" up the unit just recently, and when they did that the max turns is 10 now.
