My goal is to make a tribute to one of my favorite cars of all time, the 1966 Shelby GT350:




She went from this.....



.....to California Concepts for part 1......



......and back to California Concrpts for part 2:







They painted the strips down the front and rear bumpers and added the lower billet grill:



Here's a better picture of the color of the stripes:



Custom GT350 side strips with the GT badge replaced with the running pony emblem:



Shelby hood pins:



I obtained a neat little gasket that fits around the hood pin to keep water out of the engine compartment:



I've also added about 300 pounds of billet aluminum pieces to the interiior[sm=insomnia.gif] . Well, maybe not quite that much . I'll take pictures of all the interior upgrades next weekend. Thanks for looking.

Thanks, I think so too. I wish I'd have done it to begin with. I could have rolled all of the costs of the California Concepts mods into the original new car loan. Talk about being "upside down" in a car loan......but, hey, that's what "gap insurance" is for right!
