Default Sticking throttle body?

Since I have had the O/R H pipe and tune from Brenspeed on my car, I have noticed something strange. While cruising in 5th, at 2000-2100 RPMs....if I slowly apply full throttle, nothing really happens. If I punch it, it goes wide open (though, its pretty gutless in 5th at that RPM) Its not all the time either. Do I just need to clean the TB?

That doesnt explain the difference in how the throttle is applied, does it? I mean, it being gutless at that RPM is explainable.
