sounds like from the gas miles that all of you guys are getting that my stang is only getting 16 miles to the gallon. put over 40 gallons and only got around 585 miles. this is starting to make me mad. the only thing i don't like about the new stang. figured it would not be 27-28 on the highway like the '06 4.0L. but would be better than 16-18mpg. is the recall that ford had on the 2006 fuel pumps also on the 2007 gt's. i might want to call ford and see, but i know they will tell me that it is not even if it is. hate taking cars to the dealership and what is really bad is that i work at a land rover dealer.

Wow! You GT's are getting better than my V6. I'm lucky to pull 17 mpg (all city driving). Makes me wonder if something wrong with my car. Used to get ~20 mpg before my tune.

9 out of 10 times I roll @ 17mpg.

My highs have been 21mpg, my lows 15mpg, but on average it's 17mpg.
And that is with semi spirited driving, most of it inner city.

Yeah I get about 17mpg (combined city/highway) on my Mustang with the Saleen blower. Of course I've only had the blower on for a couple of weeks now, so I like to step on it sometimes

But I really don't see getting much more than about 18mpg even once I calm myself down.

11.6 on average here, with a 15 minute highway run to and from school. I usually sit in traffic to school and traffic on the streets when i get off the expressway and red lights. The highest i've ever seen was 12.3 but again I only have 850 miles on the car
