If I drive mine right after I start it up without giving it a couple seconds, sometimes it will jerk a little bit AFTER the clutch has been released and only at low speeds.. Is that what you're talking about (yes, plenty of gas, it's at 1500rpm or so)? I've heard a couple other people on the board have the same problem. If you let it run for a minute then you'll be fine.
Keep in mind the tranny oil is cold and is thicker when cold...wait for the engine to heat up a little and the oil will thin out causing a smoother flow...lots of things could be the result but it sounds like just the driving here..

Since I suck at driving, I still have my car do this every once in a while. It happens mostly when the car is cold. You're either not giving it enough gas, releasing the clutch too quickly, or a combination of both.
Thanks pretty sure, this is the reason. It's not the driving! It doesn't happen everytime, but only sometimes when it has been sitting for awhile.

Thanks for pointing that out, b/c it didn't even phase me.

Oh. It also isn't when I'm letting off the clutch and getting on the gas, where most newbies screw up. But I'm completely off the clutch and on the gas when it does this.

Exactly same here. I just shift to 2nd and by the next stop sign its fine.
And if you go instantly like I try to out of my driveway not to wake anyone the car will even choke and come to a near stall.

I get that same deal when i first take off when its cold. What i started doing is, Before i take off from a stop for the first time is give a couple little blips on the throttle and that takes care of it.
