You gotta love driving these babies in cold weather. The whole idea behind the cold air intake, is to get that cooler more dense air into the motor. Unfortunately, it still pulls in too much heated air.

I've noticed that even with forced induction, my car still runs better in colder weather. Must be more oxygen molecules.

I know it runs better when cold but make sure not to get on it right away...let the oil reach the lifters and the valves before you start punching it or you will be sorry! ...gotta keep them lubricated

Power loss also occursafter the engine has warmed up(closed mode) and it's sucking in hot ambient air,due tothe ECMpulling timingto prevent pinging.
