update: i pushed it up to about 5500 rpm from 3rd to 4th and it felt fine, no different than if it were 3500. and when shifting into 1 or 2 like q8stang was describing mine is very good, a little stiffer than stock, but it feels ok to me. but it's very stiff going into 5th and especially reverse, but I can live with that since i'm not going to be redlining into reverse. hope this helps you guys.

i went last night to the same shop with the dumb a$$ michanic and told him that he installed it wrong so he checked and said that he forgot to install the bushings so he fixed it and now it is much better

Nice forgot the bushing, my mech almost did the same thing. Can you check out shifting into 4th at redline? Let me know how it feels.
