Yup...it's fake.I have seen a few though. Last one I saw was $52,000. Had a gas guzzler tax of $1000 (odd since it's no different than a GT) and the "Shelby" upgrade was $20,000.
Rip off. You're paying $20,000 for some emblems and a dash plaque you can get from Shelby for about $120. The car's just a GT.

Maybe he means the Shelby GT? Many people think because there's a GT500 that automatically the "other" Shelby in the showroom is naturally a "GT350", even though it isn't badged as such.

could be a real Shelby GT or a poser GT350... Who knows?
We should make bets on which Ford salesmen don't know the difference!
Ask him "hey, is that the new GT350?"
I think for sticker plus the cost of the upgrades (about 10K) it's worth it. There wasn't a single Shelby GT that I saw at the Queen Mary Mustang show. Lots of GTs with more power but few with the rarity and collectibility.

Im my opinion the gt 350 would be a waste of money, It has a so so appearance upgrade but its questionable. Iwas at the ford dealership getting my oil changes yesterday and there was two of them under the pavilion, oneof them trhe hood clips were already rusted and the other one the rivited hoodscoop was falling off.......the only benifit in my opinion is the the grill and the hurst shifter, save the money buy a gt and mod it out!
