Default s/c rpms?

for the autos with a supercharger want rpms are you shifting at WOT? is it safe to shift at 6500? i plan on around 400rwhp, i want to be as safe as possible. right now i have a saleen basic kit and it is shifting at around 6000rpms. i was also wondering if the tuners are having the cars shift at 6500 to get extra hp is it worth it or should i keep it at 6000????

I'm shifting at 6500 right now. I have another tune that will shift at 6000 but do not use that one.

Level 10 related to me that if you shift the 5R55S over 6200 RPM it causes cavitation in the pump which can lead to early failure.
Recommended shifting at 6200 RPM to avoid this.

Sounds like sound advice to me but I have a manual and mine is set at 6700 RPMs (I never go over 6000 rpms anyway). If you have over 450RWHP you should get a fuel pump upgrade anyway to deal with the demand in the higher RPMs. I know my tuner/installer had an 05 GT with 550RWHP w/meth injection (15psi boost with a Vortech) in an auotmatic and everything else was stock and the motor, trans, and fuel pump were stock and he made well over 40passes at the track on 20 inch rims/tiresand never had a failure on any of thecomponents. Would I recommend you do this with yours ....NO -but tune is everything and get gauges to watch the components to make sure they are caught soon if failure does occur.....JMO
