Default 1/4 time my fault, track, or mods?

So heres the deal. I went to a different trackyesterday (san antonio raceway), first time ive tracked my car since i got new tires and new spoiler (3 piece ducktail).
So normally at Houston Raceway Park i run a 13.4 with a 60ft anywhere in the 2.1range. I came to this track, i got a 2.1 60ft and got a 13.6, then i went another run and got a 2.0 60ft and still got a 13.6... I shift the same as i always do, tires do a little chirp in 2nd if even a churp at all. Also.... my top speed changed from an average of 106 to 103.... which is really really wierd to me. i thought it wasnt supposed to change much.
My only recent mods are changing from stock pirellis to nitto 555 255/50/17 street tires. (not radials obviously) and that 3 piece spoiler.
Could my evolution tune just suck now? i retuned my car after the 1st run and nothing happened. I dont know how it could be the track though since the problem doesnt occur til after the launch. i dunno wtf is going on with it and its making me angry. plz dont say bad driver mod bc i drive the same if not better then i used to. lol

Was the temperature higher at teh slower track? A higher tempwould affect your ET & mph.

Like Hopup said, you gotta consider the other variables...oh and by the way, are your hp/tq numbers to the wheels? Those are impressive numbers if thats the case

Outside temperature, humidity, track temp and tune are the things to consider. Also, while speaking with SCT several years ago, they advised me to drive my car for a while, turning the A/C on and off, driving aggressive and driving in cruise for a while when loading a new tune. They explained the vehicle's computer is re-learning everything as you load new tunes onto it. I'm not a cumputer guru and it doesn't make sense to me, but I follow that advice. I've heard of tuners wanting people to come back after they tune the vehicle weeks later, just to check it (the tune) again. Something to consider.

When I'm at the track and I can't figure out why I'm not able tohook or my ET is too high, I only change one thing at a time. Air pressure, shock adjustment, warmer/cooler bottle, different RPM launch, longer/shorter burnout, you get the point. My best ET's have been on cool days (below 90) and waiting 30-40 minutes between runs to let the car properly cool.

Just my 2 cents.

Next time you go it will be different and you will have different questions.

The slightly wider tires probably slowed you down some, but not 3mph. I'm betting hotter temps caused that.
