how long did it take for u to get them?
i ordered an xcal2 from there website 2weeks ago and only got one email from them asking about my car info and no more for 2 weeks i emailed them but got no reply ??? is this normal?

no its not normal i got mine in about 8 days i would call them pronto they never take that long

When I ordered mine, the next day I got a request for my car info. In that e-mail it said that normally it takes 5 - 7 business days to ship the part. Mine shipped in 5, and I got a tracking number once it shipped. I'd give them a call and find out what the status is.

I ordered mine two fridays ago, and got it last friday, so about 2 weeks.

Well worth it tho!!! Especially if you also got a vallet tune which I love so much

I did not get a Valet Tune, can you tell us about it?

The last time I spoke to them they try and turn around the tunes within 7 business days. I would just give them a call first thing Monday morning....they will take care of it. Best customer service around!

i just called them seth answered and told me they will ship it tomorow !!! great customer service he gave me an answer rigt away i did not have to call back.
