Default Stock Clutch Life???

Just a curious question, most of u guys have had your stangs a lot longer and i was wondering how long did your clutch last stock or slightly mooded?? I only got 2800 miles on my 07 gt but wanted to know what i could expect to get out of it, I do alot of city driving say 80% city 20 Highway and when i am on the highway the traffic is so bad its like driving in the ciity 100% of the time.

Thanks, thats good to hear that its a good clutch then. I had a 05 evo and the damn clutch was shot at 4,000 miles, but i only owned it for 2,000 miles... I think the last owner abused the car bad... and clutches are super expensive for those damn cars.

Hahah don't worry man.

People on here abuse their ponies and still have 50,000 miles on them (with a supercharger!!!!!!!))

I would think maybe 200,000-250,000 easy if you're a good driver.

Besides, better aftermarket clutches are only 300 bucks, so its not that much of a biggie![X(][X(][X(]

no data to refer to...... but i would
estimate the life of one of our
clutches (NEVER abused), to
be between 80,000 & 100,000 miles.

do i expect mine to last that long? no.
what am i going to do? when the time
comes, replace it with a Spec stage II.

I 've made about 45 passes at the strip, galf with DR's shooting N20 off the line and I have Zero slippage or chattering. They are pretty good pieces and unless you plan on putting the cluch on yourself it'll cost more than $300.
