Am I the only one to get over 300 rwhp with just a C&L Intake, canned C&L (Predator 91 octane) tune, and Steeda UDPs?

I hit 303rwhp and 314 rwtq.....

I must have been one of the lucky ones.....

Err..... most likely something wrong with the dyno.

usually a car with CAI, dyno tune, pulleys, long tube headers, deletes, and an o/r pipe to go with the headers will be between 295-305 rwhp.

Justan intake, tune, and UDPs (udps do nothing) would get you around 275-285 rwhp, depending.

Im willing to bet you were on a very forgiving dyno that reads quite a bit high.

Ohsixgt quotes mustang dyno numbers usually, that is why it looks as he is off......303 with a canned predator tune and CAI and UDPs is probably a little dyno error.....cai with a GOOD tune is probably 285-295 and then udps might get you to 300 but normally you are still short.....you need and o/r pipe or cmcv to get past 300.....this also assumes 260-265 for a basline dyno...

yeah with the live wire and the street all together will be 920-960 or so cant find a combo only one i found was threw lethal performance and it is 870 or so around there but u can pay an extra 50 and get the vmp custom tune so i might do that or buy it seperate ... sucks brenspeed dont carry the live wire

Have they fixed the issues they had with the livewire. When I first looked at them people were not having much luck. Very similar to the X-Cal 3.

WHy get the livewire....its a total waste of money.....your tuner is good for one thing, to get the tune that Justin, Doug or Brent wrote for you into your car....thats it...you do not really need it for anything else, maybe change the gear or tire ratio and read a few codes here and there......the extra features can be found using much better gauges and tools that look alot better. yes its shows you 0-60 or 1/4 mile, but you honeslty think that is worth the $200...hell no!

I ordered the JLT II / SCT 2 tuner package and Steeda UDPsfrom Brenspeed yesterday (excellent customer service)so the stuff is on the way. I can't wait to get all the goods on! Next mod will probably be an o/r H pipe. Just gotta figure out which company makes the best one.
